What experience level is required to join a class?

No prior experience is necessary for beginner sessions. Our instructors tailor guidance to all skill levels from absolute beginners to advanced ceramic artists.

How long does a typical firing cycle take?

Bisque firings run 18–24 hours and glaze firings take 10–14 hours. Finished pieces are usually ready for pickup within 7–10 days after your session.

What materials are provided and what should I bring?

Clay, tools, and glazes are included. Wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dusty and closed-toe shoes. Aprons are available on-site.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Full refunds are available when canceling 72 hours or more before class. Late cancellations receive studio credit valid for 6 months.

Are children allowed to attend classes?

Children ages 10+ are welcome in family workshops when accompanied by a registered adult. Private kids’ sessions are also available on request.
