1. Enrollment & Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to enroll in any program.
- Account information must be accurate and updated promptly.
- One active account per participant; sharing is prohibited.
Terms of Service
Effective January 1, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Keenstream Clayworks services and website.
2. Payments & Pricing
All fees are payable in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Accepted payments include major cards and bank transfers.
- Workshop deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours.
- Multi-session packages must be completed within stated validity periods.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 14+ days prior receive full credit. Within 14 days a 25% fee applies. No refunds for missed sessions or early departure.
4. Conduct & IP Rights
Participants must respect instructors, equipment, and other makers. All course materials remain property of Keenstream Clayworks. Student work may be photographed for promotional use unless written opt-out is submitted.
5. Liability & Governing Law
Keenstream Clayworks is not liable for personal injury or property damage beyond insurance coverage. These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco courts.
